Individual Drive Mode
Single cable connection to the computer, but two drives. Each drive is
separate and has it's own drive letter.
Spanning Mode (One Big Drive)
Spanning uses both disks as one volume and writes to one disk until it is full and then begins on the
next disk. Allows you to use hard drives of different
sizes and treat them as one volume.
